Hermosa Jewelry is a small, female-owned jewelry brand with two retail locations in the Charleston area. We specialize in handcrafted beaded jewelry and permanent jewelry, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated individual who loves connecting with people to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible part-time schedule while working in a fun, supportive, and creative environment. You'll learn the ins and outs of a local jewelry business while becoming connected to the Charleston community.
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Approximately 10-20 hours per week
- Must have Saturday availability
- Occasional holiday availability required
- Opportunity to work at both our Charleston and Mount Pleasant locations
- Retail and/or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with jewelry selections and styling
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Size and weld permanent jewelry (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Receive and organize inventory
- Assist with merchandising and product displays
- Ship online orders
- Receive and organize inventory
- Support store sales goals
- Assist with occasional private parties and special events
- Gift wrapping and customer order preparation
