Refund policy

Online Return Policy

We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of receipt.  Returns meeting these conditions are eligible for an exchange or store credit to Hermosa Jewelry.

If you would like to start a Return or exchange, email us at hello@hermosajewelry.com prior to shipping your purchase back to the store.  Customer is responsible for packing up the product securely and paying for return shipping.  

Please allow 3-5 days for your return or exchange to be processed.  Return processing begins once the package is delivered to us.  

All sales are final on previously discounted, marked down merchandise, and all custom jewelry.  

In Store Returns

If you are in the Charleston area, you may bring your purchase to either of our Hermosa Jewelry stores in Charleston, SC to return for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase date with receipt.  Permanent Jewelry cannot be returned and is Final Sale.
