Absolutely! A private Permanent Jewelry party is the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, sorority events, team outings, or a fun night with friends.

Private events are available before or after regular store hours at either of our Hermosa Jewelry locations. A minimum of 4 guests is required to book a private event.

To reserve your date, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied as a credit toward your group's Permanent Jewelry purchases on the day of your event.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend rinsing it with fresh water after swimming in pools or the ocean.

No problem! If you ever need to remove your Permanent Jewelry for a medical procedure, work, travel, or personal preference, stop by either of our Hermosa locations and we'll remove it free of charge. You can also carefully cut the small jump ring at home with a pair of wire cutters if needed.

Be sure to save your chain! We can reweld Hermosa Permanent Jewelry for $10. Rewelds for jewelry purchased elsewhere are $20.

Absolutely! We can add a clasp if you'd like the flexibility to remove your jewelry. It's a great option if your job, hobbies, sports or lifestyle require you to take your jewelry on and off regularly.

In many cases, yes! We'll inspect the chain first to ensure it can be safely rewelded or repaired. If it is, rewelds and resizing for Permanent Jewelry purchased outside of Hermosa are $20.

There is no minimum age for Permanent Jewelry! Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign a waiver before the jewelry is welded.

Not at all! The welding process is quick, safe, and completely painless. We place a protective barrier between your skin and the jewelry while we weld your piece, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the experience.

While Permanent Jewelry is designed for everyday wear, accidents can happen. If your jewelry comes off, save the chain and bring it back to us. If the chain is lost and cannot be recovered, we're unable to replace or refund custom fit Permanent Jewelry.

If your Hermosa Permanent Jewelry breaks at the welded ring within 14 days, we'll reweld it free of charge. If it breaks anywhere else, we'll inspect the chain and recommend the best repair option.

After 14 days, Hermosa Permanent Jewelry can be rewelded for $10. Rewelds for Permanent Jewelry purchased elsewhere are $20.

Yes! You can wear your Permanent Jewelry through airport security and metal detectors just like any other piece of jewelry.

Most of the time, no! However, certain medical procedures, including MRIs and some surgeries, may require you to remove your jewelry beforehand. If that happens, stop by one of our Hermosa locations and we'll remove it free of charge. Save your chain, and we'll happily reweld your Hermosa Permanent Jewelry for $10 when you're ready to wear it again.
