Hermosa specializes in producing high quality handcrafted beaded jewelry and Permanent Jewelry. We are looking for a motivated individual who loves people to join
our fun and encouraging team.
About The Position
- Part Time / 2-3 days per week
- $17-$20/ hour depending on experience
- Retail and/or sales experience required
- Must be able to work a full work day (7+ hours)
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must be available to work on certain holidays
Requirements
- Genuinely interested in jewelry and fashion
- Organized and detail oriented
- Driven and motivated
- A team player with a good attitude
- Flexible and able to adapt and solve problems quickly
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent eyesight + steady hands
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of jewelry and metals is preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Operating cash register and balancing drawers
- Sizing and Welding Permanent Jewelry on customers (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Receiving new stock and updating inventory levels
- Merchandising products
- Achieving established goals
- Assisting with private parties after hours and pop up events
- Gift wrapping
